when registering with us at seed factory, we invite you to come into the shop and browse around. you will find thoughtful items from all over the world that will help you build your newborn’s nursery. from clothing to nursery furniture, toys, books and gifts, we have an assortment of simplistic and well designed items that will fit your needs. please enjoy yourself while you look around!

• it is recommended that you make an appointment to register with us. planning a registry usually takes about 30 minutes.
• we can offer you our seed factory nursery gift guide too! just ask for our list of suggestions!
• we will ask you your contact information when you register with us. please have contact information ready when you come in.
• we will ask you for your baby shower hosts information. many times, out of town guests like to send gifts directly to your hosts home for you. please have their phone number, email and home address ready.
• we will follow you around the shop and take notes on the things you enjoy. your registry can be as detailed or as simple as you would like. once you have completed your choices, we will put together a word document for your records and will also upload a web version for family and friends to view online. both of these will be completed within 3 business days. we will email you once completed.
• your online registry will remain online for 1 month after your due date.

how do i make changes to my registry?

please call, email or visit us at the shop and let us know what you would like to add or edit. we will take care of this for you within 1 business day.

how frequently do purchases toward my registry get updated?

if a purchase is made in the shop or over the phone, the purchase will be reflected on your in-store and online registry within 1 business day.

will gifts be sent directly to me?

when you set up your registry, you'll be able to choose where you'd like your gifts shipped, both before and after your event.

how should i handle returning a gift?

we want your family to enjoy all of your seed factory purchases, therefore gift item/s can be returned in unused or unworn condition for an exchange only and will be accepted up to 2 months after your due date.

all special orders, discounted items, furniture and highchair sales are final.
