payment methods

seed factory gladly accepts the following payment methods – visa, master card, discover and american express.

gift wrapping

please note online there is a cost of $ 4.00 per gift wrapped item.

seed factory signature gift wrap is a natural kraft paper, twine with a letterpress to / from tag.
the gift wrap option will be presented at the shopping cart page and must be added to your shopping cart.

you will be prompted to include your gift message on the check out page.

shipping

orders are filled within 24 hours – seed factory uses UPS ground as our primary shipping method.

sales tax

seed factory is required by law to charge sales tax on the entire purchase when an order originates from an address within the state of georgia.
no sales tax will be applied to orders which are billed to an address outside of georgia.

local delivery & assembly

due to safety liability issues seed factory does not offer assembly services

product submissions

all new product submissions can be mailed to the store, marked attn. rachel baba / store owner or you may email the information to sales@seedfactoryatlanta.com

please know we receive quite a lot of new product submissions and it might take some time to review your product.  if interested the store owner will follow up via email or phone. appointments are not possible at this time.

if the actual product has been sent to the store and is not requested back please know it will go into a charitable donation made at the end of each calendar year.  seed factory will not incur any expense at returning any product submissions unless item has been sent at our request.  thank you –
