seed factory stands by our merchandise and we will accept returns on any unopened or unused items in their original packaging with your original receipt for a full refund within 7 days from date of purchase.

Thereafter, up to 30 days we will happily offer an exchange or store credit.

Returns made without an original receipt will be exchanged for store credit at current retail price.

internet purchase return policy

seed factory stands by our merchandise and we will accept returns on any unopened or unused items in their original packaging for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of package – You must email the shop sproutatlanta@me.com to authorize the return so we are aware of it’s transit and can watch for it’s delivery.  

Please note original shipping costs of $ 9.99 will not be refunded.

To ensure safe passage,  please send packages with an insured courier (i.e. fed ex, upsor usps parcel post) and retain a copy of your packing slip.  

seed factory does not offer free return service – except in case of damage – and postage for returns or exchanges will be at customers expense.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process and exchange or issue a refund. If an original receipt or gift receipt is available please enclose with your return.

We want you to love the seed factory gift you have been given – if you would like to exchange or return your gift, we are happy to replace it with another selection or issue a store credit.

You can return any unused item in it’s original condition in store or via mail.

All gift returns are for store credit only – no cash refunds are available.
