seed factory accepts the following payment methods;

Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  

Paypal payments are also accepted.

Yes, we offer our signature gift wrap online for $ 2.50 which is a natural kraft paper, twine.

The gift wrap option will be presented at the shopping cart page and must be added to your shopping cart.

You will be prompted to include your gift message on the check out page.

Within the continental U.S. we offer two methods of shipping:

UPS GROUND SERVICE flat rate $ 9.99 

UPS 3 DAY SELECT SERVICE flat rate $ 19.99 

PLEASE NOTE all shipments sent to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent using USPS tracked first class service. 

Free shipping is offered to any orders which subtotals over $150.

Orders are shipped SAME DAY Monday thru Friday and once an order has been collected you will receive an order completion email which includes a link to UPS tracking information.  

Orders placed after store hours or on the weekends will be shipped out the next business day. 

PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AT THIS TIME

seed factory is required by Georgia state law to charge sales tax on a purchase when an order originates from a billing address within the state of Georgia.

All orders are handled & distributed thru our Atlanta shop and the sales tax rate is 8.9%.

No sales tax will be applied to orders which are billed to an address outside of Georgia.

Due to safety liability issues seed factory does not offer assembly services.

Product submissions are best emailed to our shop ( attn. rachel baba / store owner sproutatlanta@me.com.

Please know we receive quite a lot of new product submissions and it might take some time to review your product.
